Students may spend the spring semester or an entire academic year in Senegal through a direct exchange program between Ursinus College and the Université Gaston Berger de Saint-Louis. All students live on campus near the former colonial capitual of St. Louis and take courses at the University. Students participate in tutorials, an individualized field study and cultural activities. Orientation and housing in residences with African students are provided by the university. Requirements: two years of college level French. Up to 16 credit hours.
